Success Story: Ryan’s Smokehouse

Entrepreneur Marie Bock partnered with the San Jacinto College SBDC to launch and expand Ryan’s Smokehouse in Webster, Texas. With guidance from advisor Rob Carlson on operations, expense control and time management, she strengthened her business model and scaled for growth. Today, the business generates nearly $1 million in annual sales, has created multiple jobs and continues to grow as a popular local dining destination.
