With support from the Brazos Valley SBDC, Jake Mitchell has launched four successful businesses that have helped shape the local culinary scene. Jake later expanded with Sunbeam Bagels and The Owl Pub & Grill, both inspired by Bryan’s historic train routes. His ventures reflect a strong commitment to revitalizing downtown Bryan.
