Dianne Amerinehas an extensive background in accounting and budgeting. Her experience includes:

Additionally, Amerine has opened and operated businesses of her own: a children’s retail clothing store, a retail gift boutique and an accounting service. Amerine has a BBA in Accounting from Sam Houston State University.
Cassandra Stokes has more than 30 years of hospitality experience in a variety of work, management, and ownership capacities. Her background includes business startups, acquisitions and divestments, franchise operations and human resources. Additionally, she is a retired Navy Master Chief (E-9) with extensive knowledge in leadership and mentoring. She holds a BS degree from The University of Southern Mississippi and is also a graduate of the US Navy’s Senior Enlisted Academy.
