Have an invention and wondering what comes next? Join an Intellectual Property attorney for a practical workshop covering what it takes to obtain a U.S. patent, including the process, timelines, costs, provisional patent applications, ownership, and strategies for protecting your patent rights. You’ll gain valuable insights and resources to help you navigate the patent process and make informed decisions about protecting your invention.

This workshop is designed for inventors, entrepreneurs, product developers, startups, and small business owners interested in obtaining or protecting a patent.

Prerequisite: Attendees are encouraged to watch the Basic Patent Training for Inventors and Small Businesses video beforehand by clicking here.

If you choose to register at the door, you will need your mobile device to complete your registration otherwise you will not be allowed to attend.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
