This interactive workshop is designed for business owners who want more from their business - more clarity, control, profitability, and freedom. Many entrepreneurs unintentionally build businesses that depend entirely on them, leading to feeling overwhelm, inconsistency, people challenges, and stalled growth.
The workshop introduces the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) - a simple, proven framework used by over 200,000 businesses worldwide to help leadership teams get aligned, accountable, and executing at a high level.
Highlights:
- Learn the 6 key components of a healthy, scalable business
- Discover why most businesses struggle with alignment and execution
- Understand how to reduce chaos and increase accountability
- Gain tools to make your business less dependent on you
- Leave with clarity and a structured path forward
This class is ideal for business owners with employees who want to scale, reduce chaos, and create a stronger leadership foundation. Solopreneurs and early-stage businesses will also benefit by implementing these principles early.
Presenter:
Charlie Rhea, Professional EOS Implementer & Business Coach, EOS Worldwide
