En este taller avanzado, los participantes profundizarán en las capacidades más avanzadas de QuickBooks Online. • Aprenderás cómo configurar Sales Tax en QuickBooks Online para transacciones sencillas.
• Obtendrás consejos y trucos para optimizar los procesos contables y maximizar la eficiencia.
• Obtendrás conocimiento básico sobre manejo de trabajadores independientes (W-9 y 1099s).
• Obtendrás conocimiento básico sobre nómina y empleados (W-2, 940, 941).

Esta clase está destinada a usuarios con más experiencia en QuickBooks Online.

Esta clase es una demostración de QuickBooks Online. No es una clase práctica. Puede traer una computadora portátil o una tableta para seguir el proceso, pero no es obligatorio. No podemos darle asistencia técnica en caso de dificultades con su dispositivo electrónico, si decide traer uno.

In this advanced workshop, participants will delve into the most advanced capabilities of QuickBooks Online. From project management and budgeting to sales tax management, this workshop provides knowledge to take accounting to the next level. This is a hands-on class that will be conducted in Spanish.

Highlights:

• You will learn how to use QuickBooks Online for efficient project management and cost tracking.
• You will learn how to set up Sales Tax in QuickBooks Online for simple transactions.
• You will get tips and tricks to optimize accounting processes and maximize efficiency.
• You will gain basic knowledge about managing independent workers (W-9 and 1099s).
• You will gain basic knowledge about payroll and employees (W-2, 940, 941).

This class is intended for users with more experience in QuickBooks Online.

This class is a QuickBooks Online demonstration. It is not a hands-on class. You may bring a laptop or tablet to follow along, but it is not required. We cannot help you with your device if you choose to bring one.

If you choose to register at the door, you will need your mobile device to complete your registration otherwise you will not be allowed to attend.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
