Este taller se adentra en funciones más avanzadas de QuickBooks Online, brindando a los participantes herramientas adicionales para optimizar la gestión financiera. Desde la personalización de informes hasta la gestión de inventario, los participantes elevarán su competencia en la plataforma. Explicaremos las Mejores Prácticas (Best practices) y flujos de tareas, así como el uso de reglas para ser más eficientes. Esta clase incluye prácticas y llevará a cabo en español.

• Dominarás la creación y gestión de facturas más complejas y personalizadas tanto en Compras como en Ventas.
• Descubrirás cómo utilizar QuickBooks Online para rastrear y gestionar inventarios.
• Conocerás cómo conectar cuentas bancarias para una conciliación más eficiente.
• Aprenderás como QuickBooks Online usa Inteligencia Artificial en sus procesos.  
• Aprenderás a crear y configurar reglas para automatizar tareas recurrentes y ahorrar tiempo.

Esta clase está destinada a usuarios con conocimiento intermedio de QuickBooks Online.

Esta clase es una demostración de QuickBooks Online. No es una clase práctica. Puede traer una computadora portátil o una tableta para seguir el proceso, pero no es obligatorio. No podemos darle asistencia técnica en caso de dificultades con su dispositivo electrónico, si decide traer uno.

This workshop delves into the more advanced features of QuickBooks Online, providing participants with additional tools to optimize financial management. From report customization to inventory management, participants will elevate their proficiency on the platform. We will explain Best Practices and task flows, as well as the use of rules to be more efficient. This is a hands-on class that will be conducted in Spanish.

• You will master the creation and management of more complex and personalized invoices in both Purchasing and Sales.
• You will discover how to use QuickBooks Online to track and manage inventory.
• You will learn how to connect bank accounts for more efficient reconciliation.
• You will learn how QuickBooks Online uses Artificial Intelligence in its processes.
• You will learn how to create and configure rules to automate recurring tasks and save time.

This class is intended for users with intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks Online.

This class is a QuickBooks Online demonstration. It is not a hands-on class. You may bring a laptop or tablet to follow along, but it is not required. We cannot help you with your device if you choose to bring one.

Each person attending an event must have their own account. Multiple people may not register under one account.

If you choose to register at the door, you will need your mobile device to complete your registration otherwise you will not be allowed to attend.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
