En este taller introductorio, los participantes se sumergirán en el mundo de QuickBooks Online y adquirirán los fundamentos esenciales para la gestión financiera de sus negocios. Desde la configuración inicial hasta la entrada de transacciones básicas, este taller proporcionará una base sólida para aprovechar al máximo la plataforma.

Estaremos explicando que es QuickBooks Online y qué beneficios aporta a las empresas. Hablaremos sobre el Plan de Cuentas. Demostraremos la navegación a través del software para saber como y donde ingresar las transacciones diarias. Trabajaremos en vivo con una compañía ficticia para crear transacciones de ventas y de compras; también aprenderemos cómo funciona el Centro Bancario. Estaremos generando reportes de Cuentas por Cobrar, Cuentas por Pagar, El Estado de Ganancias y Pérdidas, y El Balance General. Esta clase incluye prácticas y llevará a cabo en español.

Esta clase está destinada a usuarios con muy poco conocimiento de QuickBooks Online.

Esta clase es una demostración de QuickBooks Online. No es una clase práctica. Puede traer una computadora portátil o una tableta para seguir el proceso, pero no es obligatorio. No podemos darle asistencia técnica en caso de dificultades con su dispositivo electrónico, si decide traer uno.

In this introductory workshop, participants will immerse themselves in the world of QuickBooks Online and acquire the essential fundamentals for the financial management of their businesses. From initial setup to basic transaction entry, this workshop will provide a solid foundation to get the most out of the platform.

We will explain what QuickBooks Online is and what benefits it brings to companies. We will talk about the Chart of Accounts. We will demonstrate navigation through the software to know how and where to enter daily transactions. We will work live with a fictitious company to create sales and purchase transactions; We will also learn how the Banking Center works. We will be generating reports on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Profit and Loss Statement, and Balance Sheet. This is a hands-on class that will be conducted in Spanish.

This class is intended for users with very little knowledge of QuickBooks Online.

This class is a QuickBooks Online demonstration. It is not a hands-on class. You may bring a laptop or tablet to follow along, but it is not required. We cannot help you with your device if you choose to bring one.

Each person attending an event must have their own account. Multiple people may not register under one account.

If you choose to register at the door, you will need your mobile device to complete your registration otherwise you will not be allowed to attend.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
