Monthly bank reconciliations are needed for every business; it is the last step in the monthly accounting process. The reconciliation statement helps identify differences between the bank balance and book balance, helps process necessary adjustments or corrections and is a useful financial internal control tool used to combat fraud. Join us for this hands-on session and learn how to complete a bank reconciliation and the related tasks with QuickBooks Online.

This class is intended for business owners, accounting managers, and bookkeepers who are responsible for daily financial transaction management and monthly reporting. Participants should be current users of QuickBooks Online and have knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and terminology.

Please Note:

No one will be admitted to computer workshops later than 10 minutes past the start time. 

This training is conducted on PC computers - MAC computers are not used.

Please do not bring your laptops as we cannot offer assistance using them and the exercises used during the workshop cannot be loaded to personal laptops. Each participant will have a PC computer to work on during the workshop.

Each person attending an event must have their own account. Multiple people may not register under one account.

The SBDC reserves the right to cancel a class for insufficient enrollment, weather emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. Should a cancellation occur, we will use the email you provided to contact you.

Preregistration is highly recommended. If an event is canceled or postponed and you have not preregistered, we will not be able to contact you.

If you choose to register at the door, you will need your mobile device to complete your registration otherwise you will not be allowed to attend.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.

Only service animals allowed - If you need to bring a service animal with you to a workshop please contact us ahead of time.
