Planning for Business Growth and Success in 2023 | Houston Center SBDC

As a business owner, it is important to take the time to measure progress and assess the steps you will take to keep your business on track.  During this session, you will have the opportunity to create a healthy, realistic, and well-crafted path toward a successful 2023.  By taking the day to focus on a proactive strategic direction, you will take control of your business and not let it control you!

• Learn how to get your entire team to support the new strategy and plan

This class is targeted to business owners whose businesses have been operational for more than one year.

Lunch provided. If you register after 10 a.m. on February 8, 2023, you will receive a Turkey Sandwich.

The SBDC reserves the right to cancel a class for insufficient enrollment, weather emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. Should a cancellation occur, we will use the email you provided to contact you.

Preregistration is highly recommended. If an event is canceled or postponed and you have not preregistered, we will not be able to contact you.

If you choose to register at the door, you will need your mobile device to complete your registration otherwise you will not be allowed to attend.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
