Basic QuickBooks Desktop Accounting Course | Blinn College SBDC

Join us for an all-day, basic level introduction to QuickBooks Desktop. This is a hands-on course and you will have your own desktop computer to use during the class. Reference materials will be provided.

This class will not teach the QuickBooks Online version.

• Accounts payable and receivable
• Deposits and checks
• Basic reports, transaction reports and sales tax reports

This class is intended for people with little to no experience using the QuickBooks Desktop software. You should be familiar with Windows or a PC.

Class participants will be given an hour for lunch however lunch is not provided.

Each person attending an event must have their own account. Multiple people may not register under one account.

The SBDC reserves the right to cancel a class for insufficient enrollment, weather emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. Should a cancellation occur, we will use the email you provided to contact you.

Pre-registration is highly recommended. If an event is canceled or postponed and you have not pre-registered we will not be able to contact you.

If you choose to register at the door you will need your mobile device so you can use it to complete your registration otherwise you will not be allowed to attend.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
