As a business owner your success depends heavily on how well you know and understand your target market.  You want to know everything you can about them; their demographics, buying habits, brand affinities, social media habits, and even their hopes and dreams.  This will allow you to sharpen your marketing and sales focus and grow your business more efficiently.  Attend and walk away with the tools to create your own personal customer avatar.

The Houston Center SBDC reserves the right to cancel a class for insufficient enrollment, weather related emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.  The email you provided will be used to contact you.    

If you choose to pay at the door add $20 to the registration fee.  Paying at the door does not allow us the ability to contact you if a class is canceled.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain.  Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.

Only service animals allowed - If you need to bring a service animal with you to a workshop please contact us ahead of time.
