Employers are seeing rapid changes in guidance from the EEOC, OSHA, TWC and the CDC regarding harassment, discrimination, workplace safety and vaccinated and unvaccinated workers.  In addition employers are grasping with what actions are protected under the NLRA as it relates to employees and social media which has intensified with hybrid and remote working.   These changes are coming fast and hard and ignorance of the law is no excuse for non compliance.  Join us for this in-person session for a look at these challenges and solutions for your business.
