It can be a challenge to get everything accomplished that you want to; the secret is having a solid, workable plan that allows for interruptions, new work and crises. In this fun, interactive class, you'll learn how to manage both your time and projects so you can focus on what you need to get done and not just what bubbles up to the top.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain.  Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.
