Business owners need to constantly question and challenge themselves on why they do what they do.  Competition is fierce and to compete you must look at your products, processes, and people on a regular basis.  In this session you will have the opportunity to discover ways to problem-solve, innovate, challenge assumptions, and recognize how you think about all aspects of your business.  You’ll have a bigger, better, and stronger business as a result.

Target Audience:

Entrepreneurs, managers, employees, or anyone who is responsible for solving problems or tasked with continuous improvement in running a business, whether in sales, marketing, production, purchasing, or R&D.

The Houston Center SBDC reserves the right to cancel a class if sufficient enrollment is not met.  

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain.  Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.
