From Invention to Patent

Join us as an Intellectual Property attorney shares with you what is required to obtain a U.S. patent.  She will also discuss methods you can implement to make sure your patent is strong, how it can be defended if the situation arises, and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office’s pro bono patent program available to qualified inventors.

  • The patent process, timeline, and costs in the U.S. 
  • Bridging the gap from invention to provisional patent application
  • Structuring ownership of patents
  • USPTO’s pro bono patent program and available resources

Target audience:

This class is targeted to small business owners wanting to obtain a patent for their invention and to those who have patents and want strategies to protect the patent.

Please Note:
