Fitness businesses are opening at a fast rate and it seems like a new one is popping up on every corner.  There are no shortage of unique concepts targeting all age groups including babies and yes, even pets.  It’s easy to get started and often requires little capital but in order to have a strong and sustainable business you want to make sure you get it right.  Join us on …. and hear from someone who has been there and done it.  He’ll walk you through how to create your vision, determine your ideal client, position your business in what is a very crowded market, and show you how to sell what no one wants to buy – workouts!

Session Highlights:

  • Starting from scratch
  • Creating an action plan
  • Determining your unique selling point
  • Finding your niche
  • Managing the money
  • Marketing on a shoestring
  • Plus much more
