As a business owner it is important to take the time to measure progress and assess the steps you will take to keep your business on track. Strategic Planning for CEOs provides you with the opportunity to create a healthy, realistic and well-crafted path toward a successful business year. By taking the day to focus on proactive and strategic planning, you can take control of your business and not let it control you!

At Strategic Planning for CEOs you will:

Evaluate the current state of your business
Determine results needed for improvement
Create a strategy you can immediately implement
Learn how to get your entire team to support the new strategy and plan

Target Audience: This session is targeted to business owners who have been operational at least one year.

In order to ensure that you leave with a plan to keep your business on track seating will be limited to 10 CEOs.

Lunch Included
If registering after Tuesday, October 8 at 2:00 p.m you will receive a turkey sandwich.

Please Note:

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.

If you choose to pay at the door please add $20 to the registration fee.
