Join us for breakfast, networking and a quick look at how you as a business owner can capitalize on the generational differences in your workplace. Our speaker will take you on a tour of the events and conditions that each generation experienced during their formative years and how they shaped our values, beliefs, life experiences and attitudes, all of which is present in the workplace.
You’ll meet the five generations in the workplace, get to know their “generational personality”, and find out how to identify clash points between generations.
