This workshop shows small business owners and solopreneurs how to help prospective customers find their website and take meaningful steps toward becoming customers. Participants will explore clear, achievable methods for improving visibility through content, search tools, and everyday engagement practices.
Building on the previous session, we will look at how to create clear, useful content that gives customers a reason to visit your website (didn’t attend the last session? No problem — we’ll review the essentials at the beginning to get you up to speed). We’ll discuss how to decide what to share, how to talk about your business online, and how to show up consistently in ways that feel manageable.
The workshop also covers easy, everyday strategies that help your business appear in search results and stay active on social platforms — without requiring constant posting or advanced technical knowledge.
By the end of the session, participants will understand how to drive steady, meaningful traffic to their website using approachable content, improved visibility, and simple engagement strategies that support ongoing business growth.
Highlights:
- How to decide what kinds of content to create based on what customers want to know
- Using simple stories, photos, and short updates to build interest
- Choosing the right channels for your business and showing up consistently
