This workshop helps small business owners and solopreneurs understand how to measure whether their digital marketing is working — not just through sales, but through the early indicators that show if their visibility, engagement, and customer interest are growing. Participants will learn why it’s essential to look beyond revenue alone, what metrics provide meaningful insight, and how to use those numbers to make better decisions about time, budget, and strategy.
Building on the work completed in earlier sessions, this workshop explains how to evaluate the health of your website, Google presence, and content efforts using simple, easy-to-understand measurements. Even if participants haven’t attended previous workshops, we’ll provide a quick overview of the key concepts to ensure everyone can follow along and apply what they learn.
The session also covers how to think about marketing investment at different stages of business growth — helping owners understand what “enough” looks like, when to scale up, and how to align spending with goals and capacity.
By the end of the session, participants will understand how to measure the effectiveness of their marketing efforts using clear, actionable indicators — and how to use those insights to make smarter, more confident decisions that support sustainable business growth.
