Rebecca Smith

Rebecca is a service-connected disabled veteran who brings dedication, integrity, and a strong commitment to service to her legal practice. In recognition of those who serve, she offers discounted legal fees to veterans and active-duty service members.

She founded her boutique law firm in 2017, focusing on business law, tax, and estate planning. Rebecca provides thoughtful, strategic counsel to individuals, families, and business owners, tailoring solutions to each client’s unique goals.

Outside her practice, she volunteers with the San Antonio Legal Service Association, providing pro bono legal services to underserved individuals and veterans.

Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Kent State University and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Touro University. She received her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2015 while working full time. She is admitted to the State Bar of Texas, the U.S. Tax Court, and the Western District of Texas.
