Difficult conversations are a necessary part of every workplace. They provide an opportunity to address issues, strengthen communication, and build trust. While these discussions can be uncomfortable, avoiding them often leads to bigger problems down the road.

- Recognize common workplace situations that require a conversation and how to approach them
- Prepare and plan effectively for a tough discussion
- Conclude the conversation with clarity and develop an action plan for follow-up
This session is intended for business owners, managers, and anyone who supervises others that want to approach tough conversations with confidence and professionalism.

If you choose to register at the door, you will need your mobile device to complete your registration otherwise you will not be allowed to attend.
Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.
No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
