Don’t overlook one of the most important drivers of long-term success: a clear company direction. During this interactive workshop we will share with you a simple, practical, and effective roadmap so you can set goals, choose strategies, and create initiatives that will drive your measurable growth. 

This workshop gives you the opportunity to step back from day-to-day operations to define what success looks like for you and translate strategy into action that your team can execute.

This session is intended for existing business owners who have completed their first full year in business and are generating initial revenue. It is also well-suited for companies in the growth or scaling phase as well as mature companies. This session is not intended for businesses in the pre-revenue start-up stage.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
