Part 4 of 4: Payroll Tax Deposits & Hiring Non-Citizen U.S. Residents
This session will explain the federal tax deposit process, deposit requirements, and penalties. It will also walk through how to file Forms 941, 944, or 943 based on your filing status. Additionally, it will address how to verify an employee’s identity and status if they are a U.S. resident but not a U.S. citizen, how to withhold taxes correctly, and how to file accurate and timely withholding tax returns.

This session is designed for employers and small business owners who need to deposit payroll taxes or are hiring U.S. residents who are not U.S. citizens.
Lunch provided. Registration for all four sessions is highly encouraged but not required.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.
No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
