You didn’t start your business to feel trapped by it, but that’s exactly where so many owners find themselves. You're answering every question, putting out every fire, and carrying the weight of it all. Taking a real break feels impossible, and yet you're still not where you want to be. In this session, you'll learn how to shift your role from overworked operator to strategic leader, reclaim your time, and finally build a business that can run without you, so you can actually breathe again.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.
No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
