More and more people are turning to Twitter for product, business, and service recommendations and to find special deals, promotions and sales.  As a business, you can use Twitter to quickly share information, gather market intelligence and insights, and build relationships with people who care about your company. Often, there is already a conversation about your business happening on Twitter.

This workshop is designed for businesses owners who have a business twitter account but don’t know what to do with it. Presented in a format combining lecture, hands-on activities, and Q & A.

  • Choose your profile picture and background image
  • Find friends and colleagues
  • Select other Twitter accounts to follow
  • Become familiar with Twitter widgets
  •  Find tools to keep you organized
