Join us for the sixth annual Houston Business Matchmaker event on Friday, March 7, 2025. This virtual event will provide small business owners from all industries a great opportunity to connect with prime contractors, large businesses, and local, state, and federal agencies. Over 75 companies/organizations (Buyers) will be available for one-on-one virtual meetings. All meetings will take place on a customized platform that will match Suppliers based on Buyer requirements and Supplier capabilities. Matches are not guaranteed.

Small Business (Supplier) Participation Requirements:
- In business for at least two years
- Ability to upload a Capability Statement (PDF format) upon registration
- Applicable NAICS Codes – used to get matched with the federal government and some local government agencies
- Applicable NIGP Codes – used to get matched with the State of Texas and many local government agencies
- System for Award Management (SAM) registration if meeting with Federal Agencies and Federal Prime Contractors

- Access the MyBusinessMatches Platform and get matched with prime contractors, large businesses, and local, state, and federal agency representatives based on your company NAICS and NIGP codes.
- No app or software download required. Access on your personal computer or mobile device. Supported browsers: Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, iOS and Android.
- Access pre-event webinars to help prepare for the event.

A Buyer is an organization with contract opportunities for small businesses; usually a large business or federal, state or local government agency. The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Houston District Office has invited organizations to participate as prospective Buyers. If you wish to participate as a Buyer, register through the event website at hbm2025.mbmapp.com and the SBA will approve your access at no cost.
