This course is designed to equip small business owners with the knowledge and tools needed to develop and implement a strategic business plan. It will explore the key aspects of strategic planning—what it is, why it’s important, and how to create an effective plan—while breaking down complex concepts into a straightforward, practical approach. By the end of the course, attendees will have a deeper understanding of how to use a business plan as a roadmap for long-term success. The course combines theory, real-world examples, and collaborative opportunities, giving business owners the confidence to take charge of their business growth and direction.

Throughout the course, participants will be encouraged to honestly assess where their business stands today, creating an environment of openness and self-reflection. The program also fosters a supportive community of like-minded entrepreneurs, where owners can share experiences and help each other succeed. Participants will be guided through the process of developing a comprehensive strategy for the future, with an emphasis on practical application and ongoing improvement. By the end of the course, each business owner will have a clear, actionable vision for their business heading into 2025.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
