The Gen Z Approach to Work | Brazosport College SBDC

Prepare for Gen Z in the workplace! As each generation enters the workforce, they bring their own unique characteristics, values, and expectations to transform the workplace. This session is designed to equip leaders and organizations with the tools needed to effectively adapt to the evolving demands of this new generation and ensure you build a strong connection with the newest generation of talent.

This session is for anyone who is starting a business or who is already in business that has or will have employees.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
