Starting a Business - Formation and Funding | Brazosport College SBDC

Two of the most important decisions a business owner has to make involves business formation and funding. In this information packed session, you will have the opportunity to hear from an attorney and loan officer to get a better understanding of the options available.

Highlights:

• Types of legal structures and selecting the right one for your business
• Funding options and how to meet lenders’ criteria for credit score, capital investment, collateral, and cash flow
• Plenty of time will be allowed for questions

This session is intended for new and existing business owners interested in learning about funding and business formation.

If you choose to register at the door you will need your mobile device so you can use it to complete your registration otherwise you will not be allowed to attend.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
