The 5Cs of credit are used by lenders universally to determine the creditworthiness of potential borrowers. If you are interested in borrowing money for your small business, this session will help you prepare for a meeting with a lender and the process for submitting a loan application. Register now!

Highlights:

  • Capacity - debt to income ratio
  • Capital - amount of money the applicant has
  • Collateral - assets that can act as security for a loan
  • Conditions - purpose of the loan, amount involved and interest rate
  • Character - borrower’s reputation and credit history
