During this four-part webinar series, our restaurant experts will explore various options for expansion, citing best practices used by successful restaurant entrepreneurs.   • Part One: determining personal goals, assessing the fundamentals, reviewing systems and procedures for consistency, and building your bench strength
  • Part Two: expanding with additional locations: finding the right site, completing the budget, raising the required funds, and managing the timeline while working to replicate your operating culture
  • Part Three: becoming a multi concept management group: creating new rather than duplicating existing concepts, researching guest buying trends and developing key product items for retail
  • Part Four: determining if franchising is the way to go, creating the right profile for franchisee’s, selecting markets for growth, preparing the required documents and providing support and direction rather than supervision 

This webinar series is intended for restaurant owners or operators who have been in business at least two years and want to explore various ways to expand.
