Do you need a marketing message that resonates with your ideal customer? Register now and we will show you how to master your message by identifying your target market and effectively communicating with them to get your desired results. You will start to create your business avatar or ideal customer persona so you better understand who you are speaking to in your marketing. You will then identify your primary content categories, also known as content pillars to hone in on the right messaging.
Together these tools will help you personalize your content to build trust, increase engagement, and gain sales.

Bring your laptop, tablet, or other mobile device to use in this hands-on workshop. You will do some research and thought processing to help create your ideal customer persona and content pillars.
This class is intended for new and existing business owners wanting to take control of their marketing message to drive sales and gain customers.

The SBDC reserves the right to cancel a class for insufficient enrollment, weather emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. Should a cancellation occur, we will use the email you provided to contact you.
Preregistration is highly recommended. If an event is canceled or postponed and you have not preregistered, we will not be able to contact you.
If you choose to register at the door, you will need your mobile device to complete your registration otherwise you will not be allowed to attend.
Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.
No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
Only service animals allowed - If you need to bring a service animal with you to a workshop please contact us ahead of time.
