Strategic planning is a necessity for every business and the good news is it doesn’t have to be complicated.  During this interactive session our master strategists will walk you through the process including effective techniques and critical steps to develop and implement a successful plan. You’ll create your initial outline including specific actions necessary for immediate implementation. 

Highlights:

• Clarity on the critical aspects required to complete an effective strategic plan
• Definition of a three to five year vision including business goals and company culture
• Summary and outline of action items required to implement your new plan
• Customizable worksheets that will serve as your core planning tools

This class is intended for CEOs and business owners who want to learn best practices in strategic planning.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.
