First-Time Sales Manager

Moving from an individual salesperson to a sales manager comes with a new title and new responsibilities.  We will provide recommendations and suggestions for transitioning from salesperson to sales manager.  You’ll discover five high-impact behaviors of a successful sales manager and how to apply them to your new role.

How to Hire and Retain Salespeople

Successful sales professionals are scarce and hiring is challenging.  We’ll look at the cost of hiring, recruiting approaches, sales assessments, attributes of a successful sales professional, and onboarding.

Building a Sales Behavior Playbook

Sales success is a combination of the right attitude, behaviors, and technique.  Most often we focus on technique above all else.  Consistent selling behavior can be a challenge for many sales pros.  Find out how to create a playbook that will map out a productive selling day.
