This first session will walk you through how to establish a baseline for your financials. You’ll learn how to read your financial statements and compare your financial performance against your peers.

Session 2 - Where Are You Going? 
July 15 | 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
This session will help you identify areas of your business that can be improved and suggestions for how to make the improvements. You’ll also walk away with an understanding of how investors view risk factors as they relate to your industry.

Session 3: Staying on Track
July 22 | 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 
The third and final session centers on financial budgets and how to develop a customized financial dashboard to keep you on track.

This series is geared to existing businesses in all industries.
