If you are in the restaurant business you may have noticed that there are many options for your customers’ food dollars.  With grocery markets offering prepared meals, third party delivery companies expanding, and cooking at home clubs becoming more popular, it seems like everywhere you turn you are finding new competition. All of this while occupancy costs are rising, labor shortages continue and operating margins tighten.  But don’t despair!  Our award-winning restaurant consultant will walk you through how to rise above all the competition.

You will have plenty of time to get answers to all your burning questions!

Please Note:

The Houston Center SBDC reserves the right to cancel a class if sufficient enrollment is not met.  

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain.  Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
