When your business encounters bad reviews or customer complaints on its social media pages, google reviews or other places online, it can be important to have knowledge of your legal rights and a strategy in advance. This allows you to move quickly and limit the damage from the negative online information.   

In this session, you will learn the basic laws that affect what people can say online and potential strategies for you to be proactive in protecting your online business reputation. You will also learn how to handle the negative online commentary if it happens to your business.

Target Audience: 

This workshop is targeted to business owners who have already formed their business entity, company officers, executive directors, and any person in the process of creating a new business with at least six (6) months prior business experience.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain.  Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
