Join us for lunch and a round table discussion as our award-winning restaurant consultant walks you through your many options for food service start-up.  He’ll explain alternatives such as buying an existing restaurant, buying into a franchise, taking over a failed location, and even operating a completely mobile location such as a food truck or “pop-up” location. You will have plenty of time to get answers to all your burning questions!

  • Key items to look for when selecting your location
  • How to build your first budget

The Houston Center SBDC reserves the right to cancel a class if sufficient enrollment is not met.  

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain.  Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
