Your company culture is the foundation of your success, it is critical when it comes to hiring, retaining and engaging top talent. Understanding your vision, mission, and value statements is the first step in designing your culture in a deliberate way. Even if you’re too busy to focus on designing your company culture, your company will have a culture without your active participation, and it may not be the one you want.

Highlights include:

  • Definitions of culture
  • Differences between vision statement and mission statement
  • Setting your company’s vision
  • Developing a mission statement that supports your vision
  • Choosing values that resonate
  • Pulling it all together into a cohesive plan
