This session will cover new issues employers face as they relate to federal laws concerning trade secrets and social media policies. Employers are increasingly facing  investigations from the National Labor Relations Board for rules and policies that violate the federal law. Learn how the law affects your ability to issue rules that can protect your business.

  • Remedies you can implement
  • Social media policies and how they comply with the law
  • Confidentiality and Nondisclosure agreements
