The May 10th Selecting, Training, and Retaining Staff for Today’s Restaurant workshop will not be held. 


If you are in the restaurant business and have oversight for staff selection and retention then this session is for you. We will present some of the industry’s best practices as well as explore methods being used to create work environments for retention. Some training programs teach purpose while others still teach the process. We will discuss the difference and present actual case studies of staff programs that work with today’s restaurant employee.
