Many business owners dream about the day they can start working “on their business”, not “in their business” but with so much to do it becomes difficult to make the transition from owner to leader. If your goal is to establish a vision for your company’s future that includes a motivated and well trained workforce, well thought out processes and procedures, and a customer base that is loyal and supportive then make plans to attend this event. You’ll walk away with a formula to get you started on building your company’s future.

Highlights include:
  • How to become an entrepreneurial leader
  • Understanding the roles of a manager and a leader
  • Establishing a plan for personal growth
