The Business Model Canvas is a strategy and management tool that allows you to describe, design, and correct your business model. It's a powerful visual chart that clearly lays out the process for how you will make money and deliver products and services. It forces you to focus on strategic elements that matter most to your business and is easily adaptable, requires less time that a traditional business plan, and uses a universal template. Don't miss this interactive session where you will have the opportunity to see how it works.

In this class you will be given the business model canvas worksheet to use. This is not a hands-on computer class.

To complete your own business model as each section is discussed
How to incorporate your canvas into strategic decisions

This class is geared to business owners who have been in business at least two years and/or contemplating adding a new product or service.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.
