So you’re new to social media but know that your marketing could be better and cost effective if you incorporate one of more of the top platforms. In this session our expert trainer will review each of the major platforms- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter so you’ll understand how they work independently and together. She will also dive into some easy ways to get you started producing customer-catching content. 

Walk away knowing how to:

  • Decide which platforms are right for your business
  • Set up a recognizable and consistent profile for each platform
  • Generate eye-catching content to attract customers 
  • Employ testimonials, contests, and surveys to engage customers
  • Make your social media posts easy to find with keywords and hashtags
  • Save time by automating posts for the week with Hootsuite 
  • Build a simple social media plan you can implement immediately

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain.  Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.
