Most business owners will tell you they really don’t enjoy working the numbers for their business.  It’s probably their least favorite part of running a business. We understand so we have designed this session with you in mind!  

Our expert trainer will break it all down so you can easily understand what the numbers are telling you about the financial condition of your business.

Attend and walk away with an understanding of:
  • Basic accounting needed for creating your financial statements
  • The three main financial statements all businesses use
  • How key ratio analysis (KPIs) can predict the state of your business
  • Top indicators to watch for business stability

As an added bonus, all participants will receive Financial Statements, A Small Business Guidebook.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain.  Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.
