A customer relationship management (CRM) system is a way for you to manage your company's relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers. It is key to growing a successful business. Before you spend any money on a system attend this session as we walk you through how to select a good CRM system that will result in a healthy pipeline of paying customers.

Seasoned business owners in business at least two years.
