Organizing Your Workday Using Outlook

If you think all Outlook 2016 can do is manage your email, you’re not taking advantage of the many productivity tools it offers. Come to this fun, interactive, hands-on session and discover how you can start using Outlook to get and stay organized seven days a week.

In this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to:

  • Manage e-mails so they don’t overwhelm you
  • Maintain contacts so they're always at your fingertips
  • Use the calendar to plan your time
  • Track tasks to keep up with all your projects
  • Plus much more

If you’re an Outlook user and you struggle with getting organized, you don’t have to struggle any longer.  Come to this session, learn new ways to manage your workday and leave with tools you can use immediately.

Lunch included.

If you are registering after 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 10th you will receive a Turkey sandwich.

Please Note:

No one will be admitted to computer workshops later than 10 minutes past the start time. 

This training is conducted on PC computers - MAC computers are not used.

Please do not bring your laptops as we cannot offer assistance using them and the exercises used during the workshop cannot be loaded to personal laptops. Each participant will have a PC computer to work on during the workshop.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain.  Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.

Only service animals allowed - If you need to bring a service animal with you to a workshop please contact us ahead of time.

If you choose to pay at the door please add $20 to the registration fee.
