Your employees have certain rights to privacy even if they are using your computers, cell phones, or other electronic devices and even if they are on company time.  These conditions do not necessarily mean they have waived all their rights for privacy.  Learning how to create relevant privacy and technology policies in our current digital age will help you protect your data and avoid unlawful practices and penalties that accompany those violations. 

Target Audience: This class is geared to business owners with at least one employee or about to hire their first employee.  It will also be helpful for businesses in the process of updating their current Employee Handbook.
